FINANCE

Responsible for the management of financial resources, in particular as to budgeting, pricing strategy and tax matters.

MANAGEMENT AND STRATEGY

Guarantees the procedural quality of the entire organization, and outlines concrete and achievable strategies for sustainable development.

IT

It conducts the development and maintenance of tools used to manage information, as well as eases internal communication within the organization. 

MARKETING

Defines the entire communication strategy, creates content and manages social networks.
The main goal is to make the organization's activity known to the various targets.

HUMAN RESOURCES

Performs the recruitment and selection process and develops the performance evaluation system for all members. The focus of the department is to keep the organizational culture strong.

This board is constituted by a group of the most remarkable teachers of iscte-iul that support the strategic development of ISCTE Junior Consulting and guarantees the scientific rigor of the projects carried out.

With the purpose of maintaining the rigor and excellence presented, ISCTE Junior Consulting counts with an operational and strategic support structure called Consulting Board.

The Board of Alumni consists of a support structure that aims to strengthen contact between current members and those who have passed through the organization in the past. Thus, the development of hard and soft skills of the members is strengthened, through moments of Networking and training.
